I'm Matt Daniels, BA, specializing in Sports & Exercise Psychology. Over the past 5 years, I've helped over 100 clients lose over 4000 lbs.

What does semi-private training mean?It's basically private 1:1 coaching but with 3 other people. Matt will work with each person individually to ensure correct form, ensuring you're using the correct weights, and managing your diet properly. The best thing about Str1ve Fitness is that it is a private gym and it will be just you and your group in the facility.

Are sessions in-person or online?Sessions are in person at our private facility located at 1216 Sand Cove Rd, Saint John, NB E2M 5V8

How much weight should I lift?During the program Matt will determine your weights as needed.

Is there a meal plan?Matt will provide you with a very basic meal plan. He will explain how to calculate your macros so you will be able to eat what you want as long as it fits within those. The problem with most meal plans is that everyone has different tastes and they feel very restrictive. At Str1ve Fitness we want to give you the tools you need to make educated food choices that you enjoy.
